Analyze IT requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across IT teams.
- Understands, analyzes, interprets and documents process workflows.
- Prepares User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and leads the user acceptance testing effort with the responsible business process owner.
- Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Have 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferrable having Insurance projects background
- Good experience in software documentation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Active, Inisiatif, and Creative
- Required Skill(s): SDLC, Gathering Requirement, SAP
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
