**About The Role**

The Senior Compliance and Regulatory Officer is a strategic role within Linov product technology division. As a Senior member of the team, she/he will be expected to be the primary PIC to ensure the alignment of Linov business units to grow sustainably through regulatory adherence. She/he will work across functions in Linov and Lawencon group to provide compliance advisory to all functions, conduct product compliance risk assessment, reporting and submissions to the regulators with primary objective of ensuring the implementation of SaaS (Software as a service) regulations, industry standards and good corporate governance principles in the operations of the Company/Group.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Support compliance and regulatory affairs matter in Linov operations, which includes but not limited to business/product reporting and approval process with the regulators, compliance advisory to business unit, as well as regulatory assessment
- Provide compliance advice for Linov product operations, in both internal and client operation
- Maintain the latest update of SaaS regulations and provide/disseminate assessment on such regulations to the internal units in Linov
- Following and studying the provisions, regulations and laws issued by external parties and informing each related work unit on matters that required attention.
- Be the substantive PIC of Linov in any external engagements with any regulators, industry associations and other external stakeholders
- Giving continued support on the creation, standardization and implementation of SaaS Compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures and standard operational guidelines;
- Lead the Linov team to achieve ISO 27001, ISO Quality management
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Law/ Finance/ Accounting/ Computer Science/ Engineer. Having a master’s degree would be an advantage.
- Possess certifications in Risk Management/ IT Audit will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of mixed experience in the area of economic/ SaaS policy/ regulatory compliance.
- Experienced in security compliance (ISO 27001) is required.
- Having an experience in data security and compliance
- Advanced level of spoken and written both in English and Indonesian language.
- Ability to lead a project independently, self-initiating as well as a team player who are putting the team best interest above individuals’ objective
- Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions, sound judgment, and attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Well-developed communication skills (including oral, written and interpersonal skills) and the ability to liaise and negotiate in a variety of contexts, include builds credibility and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and counterparts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
