**Key Responsibilites**
- **Climate Finance Strategy** - Design, develop, and implement financial models for carbon projects, including carbon credit monetization, blended finance, and impact investment strategies to unlock Indonesia’s vast potential in nature-based solutions.
- **Lead Funding & Partnerships** - Identify and secure funding sources from both local and international, such as multilateral institutions (e.g. CGF), private sector, or financial institutions, and maintain strategic partnerships to support project growth and financial sustainability.
- **Regulatory Compliance and Aligment** - Ensure that all financial strategies are in line with national climate policies and global carbon market standards (e.g. Verra, Gold Standard), and Stay updated on trends in carbon pricing, voluntary markets, and emerging policies.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Work closely with various stakeholder, including goverments agencies, local community organization, and businesses to build support for project financing and represent CarbonEthics in national and global forums on climate finance and carbon market.
- **Risk & Compliance Management** - Proactively monitoring and identify potential financial risks, such as land tenure or revenue-sharing issues with communities, ensuring transparency financial reporting for both local and international standards
- **Internal Capacity Building & Advisory** - Act as a strategic advisor to the internal team on emerging climate finance models and mechanisms, provide innovative financial solutions into project development pipeline.
- **Monitoring and Reporting** - Develop clear and effective systems to track financial flows, return on investment (ROI), and carbon credit performance. Prepare financial report for present to investors, donors, and relevant stakeholders.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Environmental Economics, or relevant field. Master Degree are preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in **climate finance**, **carbon market**, or **project financing**with a record leading successful commercials negotiation with various stakeholder.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s carbon policies, climate finance opportunities, and REDD+ mechanisms.
- Proven experience collaborating with Indonesian stakeholders and deep understanding of local context will be plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- In-depth knowledge of carbon credit certification standards (e.g. Verra, Gold Standard)
- Expertise in **financing models for nature based solutions, reforestation, and community carbon projects.**:

- Results-oriented with a strong focus on targets and process improvements.
