**Services Partner Account Manager**

The **Services Partner Account Management **role is to provide leadership, direction and accountability of our Service Partners ensuring operational excellence worldwide.

Through teaming with the Regional Services Directors / VPs and Channel Sales Leaders the individual in this role will maintain open lines of communication on all shared objectives ensuring the successful adoption & growth of both Partner and Juniper services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring Support Partner operational excellence for Juniper’s local partners
- New Support Partner on-boarding
- Train Support Partner to be able to use support tool, open technical case, and satisfy Support Partner’s obligation
- Analyze Support Partner’s technical case quality and manage it to be improved
- Drive improvement to contact rate, asset recovery performance and any other corporate initiatives for Support Partner’s.
- Escalation management and handle Q&A from both internal & external stakeholders
- Audit Support Partners against the Partner Support Services program requirements and obligations quarterly.
- Develop strong channel presence in the regional market to ensure good coverage of service and mindshare
- Develop relationships with channel partners for leads and joint marketing/sales activities
- Perform sales presentations for customers, partners, and prospects
- Support Program Office to work closely with the regional Juniper sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of changes to Partner Support Services program

**Services Sales Management**
- Services Sales is also part of this role and it required to plan, structure, develop and achieve the sales of Maintenance Renewal Services while ensuring focus on Customer Satisfaction and support.
- Aligns with the Enterprise and Commercial Area Sales Managers in defining the services strategy and services sales targets for each of the Maintenance Renewal Services line with the common vision of the organization
- Owns Sales Achievement targets for Services mapped to the Area Sales Managers, for the Enterprise Sectors and Commercial Sector across Maintenance Renewal Services line of business
- Owns the Services Renewals Target for the Named In House ENT And SP Accounts and Core SSI Managed Renewal Services Renewals and Subscription Renewal.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales achievement.
- Establishes interfaces at the relevant level of the partners and customers.
- Acts as an escalation point for the Enterprise and Commercial segments for customer satisfaction issues on, building and nurturing relationships with the APAC service delivery teams to ensure the appropriate customer visibility and actions to quickly resolve issues.
- Operates a structured sales management process including forecast management, deal management, account planning, in line with defined tools, guidelines, process and timescales.

**Required skills/Experience**:

- 7 years experience in a high tech industry including networking/security
- 4 years experience in partner management with a strong channel background, experience in building and managing a service business and sales.
- Must have developed and successfully taken new service offerings to market, and can exhibit growth in service business at previous company.
- Successfully managed global cross functional teams
- Solid history of incubating and developing profitable partner relationships.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with team members, partners, customers, internal stakeholders, services and channel leadership teams at all levels in the organization.
- Proven ability to build and execute projects on a large-scale and bring new offers / ideas to market successfully.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Good command of English. Mandarin will be a plus
