BINAR Job Connect membuka kesempatan untuk menjadi Business Analyst, yang akan ditempatkan di perusahaan rekanan BINAR.

Terdapat 3 skema pekerjaan (menyesuaikan perusahaan rekanan BINAR), yakni:
1. Hybrid (sebagian besar di Jabodetabek area)
2. Remote (seluruh area di Indonesia)
3. Onsite (sebagian besar di Jabodetabek area)
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or tech-related projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, impact analysis, and documentation (e.g., BRD, FSD, TSD, BRS).
- Familiar with SDLC, and able to conduct and support SIT, UAT, BVT, and user testing scenarios.
- Experience in complex system implementation, from planning to testing and deployment.
- Solid understanding of database design, SQL/query languages, and basic programming logic.
- Able to read code for bug investigation or impact assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Background in financial systems, reporting, or audits is a plus.

Plus point
Experience in financial reporting systems or audit-related projects—combined with the ability to bridge technical and business teams and utilize AI tools for data analysis, requirement mapping, or automation—is highly advantageous.
