Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Mengelola seluruh kegiatan di cabang, baik marketing, operation, & collection agar berjalan sesuai SOP
Menjalin hubungan dengan pihak-pihak eksternal terkait, seperti dealer, asuransi, dan lain-lain
Membuat perencanaan pengembangan penjualan dengan membuka relasi dengan dealer baru
Menghitung FID-FPD, menjaga kualitas kredit (NPL), serta mengawasi & memonitor pencapaian target A/R yang ditetapkan management
Kualifikasi:
**1. Maksimal. 35 tahun ( Wajib/Diutamakan)**
2. Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Marketing Head atau
maksimal 5 tahun sebagai Branch Head di perusahaan
pembiayaan
3. Memiliki kemampuan perhitungan NPL, Account Receivable
Management, FID, & FPD
4. Memiliki relasi yang baik & luas dengan dealer motor, mobil, atau
pun kendaraan niaga (new & used)
5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership & team work yang baik, serta
target oriented
6. Wajib bersedia penempatan di seluruh Indonesia
7. Diutamakan memiliki pemahaman & pengetahuan tentang market
share & demografis konsumen
8. Memiliki min masa kerja di kantor sebelum sebelumnya 2,5 tahun ( tidak berpindah-pindah)
**9. wajib memiliki pengalaman sebagai BM di perusahaan finance ( Motor,mobil, alat berat atau multiguna)**
