Project Engineer (MEP)
**Job Description Summary**

As a Project Engineer - MEP, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the lifecycle of construction and fit-out projects. You’ll work closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, technical compliance, and quality execution of all MEP works.

**About the Role**:

- **Coordinate MEP Design and Execution**
Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are implemented according to project specifications and timelines.
- ** Review Technical Submittals and Drawings**
Validate contractor submissions for compliance with design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- ** Monitor Site Installation and Quality**
Supervise MEP works on-site, conduct inspections, and enforce quality control measures.
- ** Resolve Technical and Coordination Issues**
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to address design conflicts and site challenges.
- ** Support Testing, Commissioning, and Handover**
Assist in system commissioning, verify performance, and ensure proper documentation for final handover

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in MEP project engineering, preferably in commercial, industrial, or data centre environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
