**Job Descriptions**:

- Set up, establish, and manage the operations of banquet section
- Collaborate with sales in implementing MICE package
- Build relationship with banquet vendors
- Handle any responsibilities related to MICE
- Establish for annual Banquet Budgeting on CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and train FBS team member
- Control Banquet Equipment Inventory, and make sure all can be functioned properly

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum High School graduate of hotel major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience at the same position as Banquet Operation Manager/ Assist
- Computer literate (MS Office, VHP and Realta hotel system, BEO - Banquet Event Order)
- Effective communication skill, customer service oriented, detailed and proactive
- Ability to work in tight deadline and revenue target
- Willing to be placed in Rancamaya - Bogor
