**Role Descripsion**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at PT. Calysta Prima Estetik I Calysta Skin Clinic located in Bandung. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to business development on a day-to-day basis.
- Make arrangements and implement Sales development strategies that can attract leads or potential partner prospects
- Conduct business presentations, education and promotions to prospect partners
- Building cooperative and coaching relationships with potential partners/partner leaders
- Analyzing and evaluating the qualifications of partners as well as proposing programs in partner quality development
- Ensuring operational and coaching activities run smoothly
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Business Development & Partnership Management
- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Effective Communication and Customer Relationship
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in the skincare or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
