Payroll Specialist Senior

Manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Indonesia, month end close for compensation/benefit accounting and reconciliations, BPJS Health and Manpower pension contribution, defined pension benefit plan, monthly withholding, annual employment tax filing. - Maintain payroll process documentation. - Oversight of payroll vendor service level and performance. - Manage statutory payment submissions and reporting requirements. - Manage statutory, tax audit and compliance with government regulations and company policies. - Project lead for payroll system implementations and integration for Indonesia and APAC countries. **Education** **Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred** **Experience** - ** 6 years’ experience in payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting.**: - ** Strong working knowledge of Indonesia statutory regulation, Labor laws, payroll, pension, and employment tax regulations.**: - ** Experience in leading payroll transformation, HRIS and payroll & time/attendance system implementations.**: - ** Knowledge of HRIS, Payroll software systems (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, Power automate, Power BI is an added advantage.**: - ** Experience in vendor governance model.**: - ** Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.**: FedEx was built on a philosophy that puts people first, one we take seriously.
