Cs Id Country Manager

Lead and drive the hiring project to scale up the team, including:
Recruit and ensure effective training for the new CS Specialists.
Try effective strategies, find some new angles to ensure the scaling of the ID CS teams.
Build professional relationships and networks in the ID market.
Devise advertising and promotional plans working together with CS ID People and Marketing Teams.
Collaborate with Training, QA teams, CS managers, and Team Leads to ensure all the people we hired are developed
Improve the operations/processes in the ID CS department.
Ensure the CS ID department is running smoothly and employees are engaged.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experienced in a role as business development manager, customer service manager or similar field min 5 years
Experienced as a team lead/manager in BPO, Call center, Tele-sales, e-commerce's customer experience is preferred
Experienced in manpower planning and hiring a team
Entrepreneurial, international mindset and a Can-do, hands-on mentality with the ambition to achieve the next level.
Marketing and negotiation skills - power of persuasion, the intelligence to recognize opportunities and potential.
Analytical skills, sound business judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.
Good people-management skills, manage training needs of CS team and ensuring no knowledge gap by working closely with Quality Assurance and Trainers.
Proficiency in English is a must (min. C1 proficient / IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 550)
