Organize and translate incoming briefs from the sales team related to visual merchandising needs at events and offline stores.
Arrange related briefs to be delegated to related teams for the realization of visual and video content production for offline dress up needs and offline events.
Organize workload to designers and Project Executive.
Conduct analysis and discussion with related teams for offline branding support (within the scope of concept, design and design realization).
Keeping abreast of offline event and offline dress up booth trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
Coordinate with third parties/vendors for effective and efficient implementation of offline dress up and offline events.
Manage fixture/booth production calendar and ensure offline dress up installation/ offline event booth installation.
Manage relationships with third parties/vendors and all concerned.
Manage and create comprehensive project documentation.
Collaborate with external partners in the creation/installation of offline branding.
Conduct periodic reporting in accordance with weekly and monthly tasks.
Experience in visual merchandiser and designer.
Have team management skills or used to coordinate with cross divisions and externally.
Have the ability to strategize to put it in the form of a deck plan.
Have a positive, solutive, and communicative personality.
Accustomed to working at a fast pace and able to manage stress well.
Able to work in a team and have a willingness to work together.
Fast learner and have an interest in a career in the beauty industry.
Mastering 3D Blender/Sketch Up and Photoshop.
