- The number of MEP defect in joint survey.
- Timeliness of work on tenants for damages to total tenant complaints.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma degree with minimum experience of 3 high rise building.
- Having experience with the same position in high rise project (apartment).
- Computer skill (Windows and MS Office).
- Excellent communication skill (written and oral).
