**Role overview**:

- The Deputy Head of Compliance is a senior leadership role at Pluang based in Jakarta. Pluang provides users with the opportunity to invest in Gold, Cryptocurrencies, Indonesian Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds, and other investment products to grow their savings.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide compliance support for regulated entities in Indonesia's jurisdiction.- Assist in implementing a Compliance Framework to be adapted and to create an Annual Compliance Program for the company.- Report to the Chief Operating Officer and the head of the department any compliance breaches and incidents and provide findings and recommendations in relation to the breach/incident.- Assist the Chief Operating Officer in establishing and managing a compliance assurance monitoring program to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations and monitoring of set internal standards and controls.- Conduct a regular compliance gap analysis of internal controls to ensure compliance with various applicable laws; recommend and implement remedial actions and improvements.- Manage and/or contribute to various projects, including addressing requests for information, gaps, and other assessments.- Provide compliance guidance for all initiatives, projects, and engagements of internal and external parties and act as a role model for the proper conduct of other business areas.- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance. Prepare and be responsible for submitting the mandatory reporting to relevant regulators (i.e. OJK, Bappebti, PPATK)

**Requirements**:
Minimum 8-10 years experience. A combined exposure to the law firm and in-house experience will be a plus.- Having excellent communication and interpersonal presentation skills.- Proven experience in dealing with business licensing processes and mandatory reporting to OJK, PPATK, and Bappebti.- Strong knowledge of the Financial Services world will be preferable.
