2. Skilled in designing training curriculum, developing syllabi, and structuring training modules. Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

3. Able to craft clear storytelling and copywriting using simple, engaging language; familiar with design tools (PowerPoint and Canva).

5. Willing to work on-site at Head Office in Jakarta (WFO).
