Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner/Capital at PT Minori located in Cikarang Selatan. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and employees to achieve HR-related goals, providing guidance and solutions on employment-related matters, and implementing policies and programs that support organizational culture, engagement, and retention. **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. Experience in Human Resources, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development (3-5 years experiences). Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Experience partnering with business leaders and employees to drive HR-related initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to analyze data and create insights that drive HR-related decision-making.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
