PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs. This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Bandung, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debitors/potential debitors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients to achieve sales target. Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years experience in related position in financial services Bachelor's degree in any major Strong eagerness in building relationship Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Can make reporting in English
