**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Staffing**:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Mediate disputes and facilitate communication between employees and management.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Ensure performance metrics align with organizational goals. Implement strategies for employee recognition and rewards.
- **Training & Development**: Assess organizational training needs and design or source appropriate programs. Coordinate and implement employee development programs to improve skills and performance. Manage leadership development initiatives to build managerial capabilities.
- **Compliance & Policies**: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and equity. Analyze salary surveys and make recommendations for adjustments. Handle benefits inquiries and manage open enrollment processes.
- **HR Reporting & Analytics**: Monitor HR metrics and generate reports on turnover, employee engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
- **Employee Engagement**: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other tools to measure employee satisfaction and well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- English speaker is advantage.
