1. Plan and develop day-to-day activities of sales force in order to implement the area overall sales strategy for an assigned area

2. Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NIV, coverage expansion, distributor productivity, etc) within the assigned area and monitor sales support activities ( sales drivers)

3. Develop sales force in assigned area on the Soft skill and Commercial Technical Skills of the PZ Way of Selling; distributor management; territory management that will help them achieve their sales targets

4. The development of Distributor, Channel and Category within assigned area and retention of distributor in assigned area

5. Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including, Trade policy, Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations.
