**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**Guest Services
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Provide accurate information about the Residence’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Reservation Management
- Update reservation systems regularly to reflect availability and changes.
- Communicate special guest requests to the relevant departments.

Guest Billing and Payment
- Handle guest billing processes, ensuring all charges are accurate and properly documented.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and online transactions.
- Issue receipts and invoices to guests promptly.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and provide clear explanations to guests as needed.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Administrative Duties
- Maintain guest records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Assist in staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency.
- Create and process purchase orders for operational needs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels meet operational requirements.

Operational Support
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Monitor lobby and front desk areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events or activities for guests.

Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times.
- Manage lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and hospitality standards.

**Requirements**Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality-related certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role in hospitality.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation management software, billing systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory and purchase order systems is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
