Our client is a paramount property fund that is recognized for their strategic investment into the residential real estate sector with properties in and around Johannesburg. Managing their properties in-house allows them to stay close to and effectively manage a total portfolio valued around R3Bn. Heading towards the peak of their transition, they are seeking an Administrative Assistant that will be supporting their Asset Management team as well as their COO.The perfect fit for this role will possess the ability to think on their feet, strong co-ordination, verbal, and written communication skills. Additionally, you will need to be highly detail orientated with a sense of urgency. This role will have you tasked with minute taking, event management, meeting, and diary co-ordination. Furthermore, you will be responsible for internal and external stakeholder engagement and management, preparing monthly expense submissions and reconciliations, compiling reports, and assisting in preparation board packs. To be considered for this role you will need to have an Admin related tertiary qualification or certificate, a minimum of 5 years working in a similar role and 3 years’ experience in a real estate fund (Listed or public). The ability to use MS Office suite is imperative for a role of this nature. To secure the role the use of MDA as well as having a valid drivers license and your own vehicle would be an advantage
