As a global and fast-growing company, Lingua Learn is currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our team in Asia to work remotely.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve our marketing goals. You will work closely with other marketing team members and clients to ensure that our digital advertising strategies are effective and aligned with overall business objectives.

**The summary of the Job descriptions is as follows**:

- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create targeted ad groups.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Continuously monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Work with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide recommendations for ad strategies.
- Participate in franchise training
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Google Ads updates to ensure effective campaign management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Google Ads campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics' and Google Workspace
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing performance data
- Knowledge of keyword research and ad copy creation
- Ability to monitor and adjust campaign budget and performance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with SEO and SEM techniques
- Certification in Google Ads or relevant field
- Good command of English (B2+ Professional)
