**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Events Marketing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our restaurant's events services, with a strong emphasis on weddings, birthday parties, and gatherings.
- Collaborate with the events team to create compelling promotional materials, packages, and experiences tailored to different target audiences.

**Physical Outreach and Networking**:

- Conduct direct outreach to nearby offices and businesses to promote our restaurant's events services.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community influencers to increase awareness and referrals.
- Collaborate with local influencers, bloggers, and community organizations to expand our restaurant's reach in the events market.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and enhance our restaurant's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook.
- Create engaging and shareable content that highlights our events services, showcases our venue, and encourages user-generated content.

**Research and Reporting**:

- Organize new and returning customers and follow up according to their needs and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing and social media preferably in the restaurant or events.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or proven experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event promotion and social media.

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
