**Graphic Designer - Wedding Signage Team (Full-Time, Remote)**

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Signage Team — a creative and collaborative unit that transforms wedding visions into beautifully customized signage. From welcome signs to bar menus, signage plays both a visual and practical role in wedding styling, often becoming one of the most photographed details of the day.

This full-time remote role is ideal for someone with strong design instincts, excellent attention to detail, and a flair for client communication. You’ll design visually compelling signage that aligns with each couple’s unique aesthetic and our brand standards.

**About the Signage Team**

The Signage Team works closely with both the Styling and Planning departments to ensure every piece of signage is cohesive with the overall wedding design and seamlessly integrates into the wedding day logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design custom wedding signage in Figma, including welcome boards, menus, seating charts, and more.
- Collaborate with the Styling Team to maintain visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with the Planning Team for approvals.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision, share drafts, and finalize designs.
- Complete last-minute revisions and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
- Manage and enhance our library of signage templates and design assets.
- Ensure all design files are print-ready.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience (wedding or event experience is a bonus).
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to juggle multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating with both clients and internal teams.

**Experience**:

- Graphic Designer: 1 year (preferred)
