This function will be reporting to the Quality Control Manager who is based in Indonesia and will be based at Firmenich manufacturing plant at Cileungsi.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Adherence to the Global Quality Control LEAN workflow process for processing of all Quality Control samples

Manage the receipt of samples as they are logged into Quality Control.

Prioritize / separate samples and organize their testing per established SOP's.

Prepare external lab testing samples for shipment per established SOP's

Retrieval and use of valid Quality Control retains as references.

Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished product samples according to established SOP's

Analyze raw material, in-process, and finished product samples via GC and GCMS according to established SOP's

Track test results availability in LIMS for timely Quality disposition

Conduct daily Fragrance sensory evaluation sessions per established SOP's

Participate in, and lead daily Flavor sensory evaluation panels per established SOP's

Files all retains at conclusion of sample testing cycle

Provides Sensory Support in both preparation and evaluation of ingredients and finished products.

Follows all Lab and Site safety and GMP rules. Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner and completes all paperwork correctly.

Maintain necessary familiarity with current Quality Control testing and process knowledge

Ensure instrument calibrations are within tolerances and recalibrate as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and equivalent minimum 3 years of experience in food or flavor & fragrance industry
Having continuous improvement & growth mindset
Organized, analytical, and meticulous
Knowledge GC and GCMS and RCA/Fish bond diagram will be preferable
