**Position: Finance Manager**

**Location: Bekasi, Indonesia**

1. What you'll be doing
- Establish initial financial and administrative procedures and policies.
- Capable of managing all daily financial operations and tax filings, as well as communicating with tax authorities. Proficient in interpreting local regulations and handling government-related affairs.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL maintenance.
- Manage cash flow, prepare payments, and handle banking transactions.
- Perform cost accounting activities, monitor expenses, and provide cost analysis.
- Willingness to undertake short-term business trips (including same-day return trips) and travel to the corporate headquarters in China for training and development programs.

2. What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and verbal English is a MUST. Basic proficiency in Mandarin will be a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting roles. Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus.
- Possession of a valid Tax Identification Number (NPWP - Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) and an active Brevet B/C Level Tax Certification (Sertifikat Brevet) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Prior experience in Cost Accounting and General Ledger is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced start-up environment.
