Ssea Regional Business Line Manager Parts and Services Division

**MISSION**
Safeguard that the Parts and Service Division continuously gains targeted market shares in the segments in SSEA region, achieve market leader position and operating with the expected profitability and excellence from the Group, while at the same time to develop the Parts and Service business to the next level of customer focus, agility, and efficiency, and ensuring that a safe diverse and inclusive working environment is created within your competent and high performing team members.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accountable for Parts and Services profitability by making sure action plans and planning in the SSEA region is implemented accordingly to contribute to maximum consolidated gross profit.
- Responsible for maintaining P&L of Parts & Services division in the SSEA region.
- Proactively develop and explore Parts & Services business plan and marketing strategy by looking into specific countries business trends and market competitions within SSEA region and in alignment with other cross department managers.
- Actively support and adjusting the development and implementation of Parts & Services division strategy and Fluidcon business into SSEA region’s market
- Lead the PSD team within SSEA region and ensure the team members have the right competencies and able to perform well in their respective areas: technical service and support excellence to the customers, service technicians technical training, service agreement, and product development and support.
- Ensure a profitable business relationship is being maintained with the decision maker level of the customers.
- Develop business plan for automation products and parts and ensure technical training in automation are being closely monitored and executed accordingly.
- Actively identify continuous improvements in Parts and Services processes, operations, excellence, service, products, and deliveries, and managing the implementation of it.
- Alignment of strategies and actively collaborate with other cross functions department managers in SSEA region to ensure effectivity and efficiency and target achievement of Parts and Services.
- Conduct both short and long-term planning for the Parts and Services business and action plans.
- Responsible for periodical reports and business review in relation with Parts and Services Division.
- Drive the necessary change management when deemed necessary in order to strive for excellence in Parts and Services business of the SSEA region.
- Accountable to the overall people side of Parts & Services team, including but not limited to the development, appraisal, communication dissemination, target and KPI setting, reviews, in collaboration with the General Manager and HR.
- Accountable to set high focus on SHEQ in each project and services of Parts and Services Division, with responsibilities as per description on the managerial level.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Management / other related majors.
- 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in mining / heavy equipment or related industries dealing with parts and/or services.
- Broad knowledge in best practices of mining, heavy equipment, and construction business strategies and its opportunity related to the parts and services business.
- Strong business acumen skill with high sense of goal orientation.
- Skilled in high level / helicopter-view problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent communication skill towards various levels (technicians to senior management / VP / C-suites levels). English proficiency is preferred.
- Open to diversity, inclusion, and willing to promote safety and Epiroc value as a focus.
