**What you will do but, not limited to**:

- Assist in various corporate services, including provide support in maintaining corporate records, compliance requirements, communication between departments, and administrative processes.
- Support in calculating and analyzing financial and business data to evaluate potential strategic partnerships.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of business presentation to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Support in maintaining and updating databases and documentation related to corporate development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, good self-management and ability to deliver projects on time.
