As a **Finance Staff**, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a **Bachelor’s degree (S1)** in Accounting, Finance, or related fields from a reputable institution.
- Demonstrate a **minimum of 1 year of experience** in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong competencies are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in **financial tools and software**, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or Accurate, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and review financial reports, analyze data, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a high degree of integrity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing **financial statements and reports**, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Manage and oversee **daily financial transactions**, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Conduct regular **financial analyses** to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of **budgeting and forecasting processes**.
