**Job Description** Duties and Responsibilities**
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repair works in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Respond promptly to guests’ maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and hotel facilities.
- Support senior technicians/engineers in major repair projects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly handled and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the engineering workshop and work areas.
- Follow hotel safety and security policies, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in energy-saving initiatives and proper usage of utilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- High school or technical/vocational school graduate in engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Previous hotel or facility maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and guest-oriented attitude.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks and handle tools/equipment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duty.
