An Australian-based healthcare communications company is currently seeking a skilled Health Communication Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. We are dedicated to fostering a dynamic environment focused on health and science.

As a Health Communication Specialist, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies tailored to healthcare audiences. This position requires a versatile skill set encompassing health communication, marketing, and administrative tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Requirements**:

- Background in science, pharmacy, or medical science preferred
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken (minimum TOEFL score of 450)
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience in business development, marketing, and communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on weekends if required
- Proven experience in health communication, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of healthcare terminology and issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Background in healthcare, medical sciences, or related disciplines preferred.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Basic understanding of project management principles to assist in planning and executing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Fundamental understanding of the healthcare industry, including terminology and workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of marketing and communication strategies
- Conduct research and develop scientific content, papers, and related documents
- Provide administrative support for projects and the team
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships
- Prepare reports and presentations related to project performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Develop and implement effective health communication strategies to enhance public awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including digital media, press releases, and healthcare publications.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support project management and team operations.
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to foster collaboration and business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
