1. Identifikasi Hama: Melakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh untuk mengenali jenis hama, lokasi keberadaannya, dan tingkat infestasi yang terjadi.
2. Pencegahan: Memberikan saran kepada pelanggan mengenai tindakan pencegahan seperti sanitasi dan modifikasi lingkungan untuk menghambat perkembangan hama.
3. Pengendalian: Melakukan tindakan pengendalian hama menggunakan metode yang tepat
4. Pelaporan: Membuat dan menyampaikan laporan hasil pekerjaan kepada pelanggan dan manajemen, termasuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atau tindak lanjut.
5. Pemeliharaan Peralatan: Bertanggung jawab untuk perawatan dan penggunaan alat kerja serta bahan kimia yang digunakan dalam pengendalian hama.
