One of our clients, a modern restaurant perched on the cliffs of Uluwatu, offering a relaxed yet refined dining experience is looking for a dynamic and personable Guest Relations & Sales Executive to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality sales, guest relations, or business development (preferably in restaurants, hotels, or F&B groups).
- Proven success in managing VIP and corporate clients, group bookings, and partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or other international languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work independently while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, or reservation platforms.
- Presentable, outgoing, and confident with a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills when handling guest concerns.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to attend events, networking functions, or after-hours hospitality activities as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for VIP guests, group organisers, and business partners.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences, handling inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Personalise service for corporate and group clients to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with neighboring hotels, concierge teams, and travel agents to drive restaurant traffic.
- Identify and target corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies for group dinners, private functions, and business lunches.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements, special offers, and set menu packages tailored to client needs.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Represent the restaurant at local business events, networking sessions, and hospitality gatherings to build brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events that drive hotel guest and corporate traffic.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for group bookings and partnerships.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance and identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure group bookings and events run smoothly.
- Share client preferences and special requirements with the restaurant staff to deliver personalised experiences.
