Indonesia's fast-growing and OJK licensed credit bureau, our client, is an affiliate of a notable global company specializing in credit & business information systems, analytics, outsourcing, and processing services, as well as advanced digital solutions for business development and open banking - whose business is established together with other leading Indonesian technology and service providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the clients in high-level meetings to advance policy goals with prominent CEO;
- Establish, maintain, and nurtures excellent external relationships (i.e., with policymakers, OJK, clients, vendors, and other external parties to ensure the promotion of clients' position in the relevant policy-making processes);
- Represent the company in legal proceedings by generally providing testimony or preparing documents (i.e., briefs or motions);
- Deliver a robust policy and monitoring service of key political and policy developments affecting the company in the assigned areas (i.e., (i) establish and implement policies on environmental sustainability or diversity in hiring practices; (ii) conduct research public policy issues; (iii) lead, develop, and execute long-term policy strategies to create positive socio-economic impacts); (iv) develop proposals for legislation for the interests of the company; and (v) monitor, analyze, and offer insights on emerging policy issues to solve challenges and ensure effective risk mitigation/management);
- Handle internal and external compliance functions for the interests of the company (i.e., the company's policy, contracts for employees, vendors, and clients following the applicable laws and regulations, as well as classifying obstacles and/or opportunities based on the clients' internal policy/compliance);
- Monitor and ensure complete Legal, HR, and Compliance departments; and
- Provide advice and guidance on public policy matters to leadership and cross-functional teams.

**Key Requirements**
- A Certificated of Special Education Advocate Profession - Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) license holder;
- Proven experience in a Financial Services Industry **and** confirmed as a Senior Manager in Public Policy with extensive experience working with/in a government/law firm/regulatory agencies, with a minimum of 10 years of experience;
- Familiar with Banking, Finance, and Data Privacy laws and regulations;
- Proven track record in (i) leading and accomplishing crucial policy legal strategies; (ii) monitoring, analyzing, and advising on complex and emerging policy issues; (iii) leading, managing, and developing a team; (iv) problem-solving with a collaborative approach; and (v) communicating effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder and national policymakers' management skills;
- Extensive understanding of compliance and risk management;
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity; and
- A high-level English proficiency.
