**About The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed MEP design drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
- Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications
- Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Min 3 years of experience in MEP design and engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, such as SNI, IBC, and NEC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
