**Key Responsibility**
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Consults with project director to select materials, furnishings, and decor.
- Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to project director.
- Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
- Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
- Ensures project completion by visiting the project on completion with the project director; resolves any complaints or concerns.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a similar relevant field
- Min 10 Years of Proven working experience working as an Interior designer
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailings
- Possess creative flair and good portfolio
- Possess a good knowledge of construction materials and various technical and building codes
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Attention to detail
- Artistic ability, vision and creativity
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project and time management skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing

**Job Types**: Contract, Trial period contract

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Interior Design: 10 years (required)
