We are looking for a motivated **Junior Quantitative Analyst** to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in Mathematics or related fields who are passionate about financial markets and data analysis. You will work alongside experienced quants and traders to design, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and testing of quantitative models for trading.
- Analyze market data to identify patterns and trends.
- Conduct backtesting and performance evaluation of trading strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize existing algorithms and trading systems.
- Support in building and maintaining datasets for analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and instruments (training provided).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:

- Exposure to machine learning techniques or data science tools.
- Experience with databases (SQL) and data visualization tools.
- Interest in algorithmic trading or financial analysis.
