**Things you will do**
- Responsible for the pre-construction execution until the post-construction
- Ensure all requirements and checklists for pre-construction are fulfilled for Civil related
- Request the Construction Execution Admin to provide the document required before Construction Starts
- Regularly evaluate the issues to prevent recurring issues
- Liaise with Construction Management Officer, and MEP AC Coordinator to ensure Construction issues are solved properly and immediately
- Monitor, update, and manage the project to ensure the construction is running smoothly and as scheduled
- Ensure the construction is delivered defect-free (Fewer issues during maintenance)
- Manage the construction addendum as efficiently as possible
- Ensure the handover process to the Branch Operations team is done smoothly
- Final handover of all documents to the Construction Execution Admin
- Liaise with the Construction Management Officer for Evaluation of Construction after Handover to Branch Team

**You’ll fit in this job if you**
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulations
- Good knowledge of various construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills include the ability to develop project schedules, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the timely completion of construction projects
- A good communicator, collaborator, and critical-thinker
- Accustomed to generating reports, tracking project milestones, documenting changes, and maintaining construction records
- Willing to be assigned to a project site

**Job Type**: Contract
