**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customers are welcomed promptly and warmly.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and address complaints efficiently.
- Ensure menus, specials, and promotions are offered to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
- Assist in coordinating staff activities and ensuring efficient service.
- Assist in handling staff issues and disciplinary actions promptly and fairly.
- Assist in conducting training and assessments for front of house staff.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Monitor table settings and cleanliness.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 year in similar roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and inventory management.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Good spoken English, basic written English
**Experience**:
- Restaurant/Banquet Server: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
