Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with ChemOne's business goals and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, etc.).
- Monitor regulatory changes and lead updates to internal HR policies and practices accordingly.
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Serve as the HR lead for labor inspections, audits, and government reporting.

Organizational Development & Talent Management
- Design and execute training and development strategies to upskill employees and enhance leadership capability.
- Lead talent review, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Promote a learning culture and manage partnerships with training vendors and institutions.
- Introduce and manage performance improvement frameworks and development plans.

Industrial & Employee Relations
- Maintain positive employee relations and ensure effective grievance handling and resolution.
- Ensure sound industrial relations practices and manage union engagement, if applicable.
- Oversee disciplinary procedures and termination processes in compliance with Indonesian labor law.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy of statutory contributions (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21).
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend competitive packages.
- Implement and monitor employee benefits and wellness programs.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business and project phases.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely staffing of construction and operational roles.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or Psychology. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior or managerial HR role in Indonesia.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and government HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in HR development, training, and organizational capability building.
- Experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified HR professional (e.g., CHRP, SHRM)
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE compliance, and HR audits
