**Job Deskripsi**
- Bertanggung Jawab terhadap seluruh operasional gedung terkait pemeliharaan, perbaikan, renovasi dan keamanan dan kebersihan gedung
- merencanakan dan mengkoordinasikan serta mengevaluasi dan mengusulkan penyelesaian masalah daman melaksanakan pengelolaan gedung
- Mengendalikan dan mengambil tindakan perbaikan terhadap kinerja kelancaran keuangan perusahaan sesuai budget
- Menyusun budget operasional gedung serta menerapkan SOP
- Memahami dan menjabarkan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan direksi / PPRS kedalam rencana kerja pengelolaan gedung
- Membina hubungan baik dengan tenant dan pihak eksternal
- Menampung dan penyelesaikan segala complain dari penghuni
- mengawasi kerja kontraktor dan vendor
