Project Engineer berperan penting dalam menjamin sistem bangunan berfungsi optimal dan sesuai regulasi keselamatan.

**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Melakukan desain dan gambar kerja sistem MEP
- Mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan MEP dengan tim internal dan kontraktor
- Memberikan panduan teknis kepada kontraktor terkait sambungan utilitas (listrik, AC, plumbing)
- Berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor dan tim proyek internal untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan di lapangan

**Kualifikasi**:

- D3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau Teknik Sipil dengan pemahaman kuat di bidang sistem bangunan
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai engineer MEP di proyek retail
- Menguasai sistem HVAC retail (termasuk split ducted, FCU, VRV), pencahayaan display, sistem plumbing untuk pantry/toilet tenant, dan sistem proteksi kebakaran
- Menguasai software teknis: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Microsoft Project, dan sejenisnya
- Memahami peraturan teknis dan kode bangunan yang relevan (SNI, PUIL, NFPA, dll)
- Komunikatif, mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak (tim proyek, Business Unit Team, dan kontraktor)
- Sertifkasi yang berhubungan dengan proyek adalah nilai tambah
