**Job Summary**

Lead the Infrastructure & Facility Department for ship repair and newbuilding projects, ensuring effective planning, safety compliance, and smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and oversee facility and onboard activities.
- Drive improvements in productivity, safety, quality, and environment.
- Allocate supervisors and lead teams to deliver work on time and safely.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain good housekeeping.
- Monitor daily progress, maintain dock reports, and ensure class/legal requirements remain valid.

**Preferred Competencies**
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering.
- 5-10 years' relevant experience (shipyard preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a multinational workforce.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project planning tools.
