Business Development Analyst

INDICO is a digital technology subsidiary company of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). **What you will do, but not limited to**:

- Organic development approach: conduct comprehensive market research to identify attractive investment sectors and emerging trends. Analyze market size, growth potential, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. Identify key drivers and challenges within target markets.
- Inorganic development approach: assess potential investment opportunities by analyzing business model, market positioning, and growth prospects of startups. Conduct due diligence on the target company’s market, customers, and competitors. Evaluate financial statements and projections to assess the startup’s viability and scalability.
- Data collection: gather and analyze data from diverse sources, including industry reports, market research database, primary research, and proprietary data sources. Utilize quantitative and qualitative research techniques to gain insights into market dynamics and investment opportunities.
- Competitive intelligence: identify and analyze key competitors and their strategies within target markets. Evaluate their market share, pricing models, product offerings, and competitive advantages. Provide insights on potential threats and opportunities for investment targets.
- Investment recommendation: prepare detailed reports and presentations on investment opportunities, including market analysis, competitive landscape, financial forecasts, and risk assessment.
- Industry insight: stay abreast of industry news, market trends, and emerging technologies that may impact investment opportunities. Monitor and analyze industry reports, research publications, and relevant news resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Min. 6-7 years of experience in new business initiative and having extensive networking in digital ecosystems.
- Strong experiences in market research, feasibility studies, and risk analysis.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively.
- Excellent client stakeholder communication skills, structural thinking, strong data analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Convenient with ambiguity and keen to explore new things toward action.
- Able to think out of the box in conceptualizing ideas; creativity and logical thinking would be key.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and results-driven environment.
