**Personnel Supervisor**

**Main Job Descriptions**:

- Managing all human resources activities
- Managing general affairs activities and personnel administration.
- Coordinating with corporate HR team.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with internal organization, workers’ union and third parties related to HR function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Law or Economics or Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as HR & GA Staff/Supervisor in manufacturing company.
- Experience in managing all aspects of human resources, personnel administration and general affair functions.
- Understand and have good comprehension of Indonesia employment regulation and labour law.
- Understand and have experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Excellent leadership skills, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work location: Cikarang.
