Job description:
Salary : IDR 6.000.000 - 10.000.000
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant.
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Inspect food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant standards.
- Greet and interact with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, staffing, and inventory levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
