Take responsibility for the creative idea development and execution to increase brand awareness and growth;
- Lead, supervise, and review all creative production to ensure the strategic objective (including graphic, motion, animation, video, and copywriting);
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Promotion department to drive the implementation of campaign and promotion plan;
- Supervise and ensure all communication efforts are integrated and in line with the guideline.

**Requirements**:

- Have 3 years of experience as Creative Group Head/Creative Director/Art Director, preferably in a digital agency;
- Have strong leadership to build and manage the creative team;
- Is creative, scientific, and organized;
- Can work within ATL, BTL, Conventional and Digital approaches;
- Have a growth mindset;
- Is a problem solver;
- Have strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English.

Pay: Rp9,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
