As a ticketing supervisor, you will be responsible for selecting, placing, and promoting ticketing staff, ensuring the proper booking and sale of tickets, and maintaining daily records of business transactions. You may also be required to deal with customer complaints.

**Job Description**:

- Promote excellent performance by leading the team and supervising the daily operations of the department
- Responsibility for operating appropriate cash handling procedures including processing cash, cheque and credit/debit card sales for front of house, hospitality and ticketing sales
- Ensure high quality services is offered
- Maintain daily records of business transactions including ticket sales, receipt deposits, complimentary tickets, and bad debts
- Communicate with the upper management

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of similar working experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
- Experience of cash handling and payment processing procedures
- Experience of team supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
- Able to use Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Ticketing / Cashier Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
