Coordinate end-to-end HC operational processes in line with the business calendar (e.g., performance reviews, talent reviews, engagement surveys).
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates across HRIS and related platforms.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for key metrics such as headcount, attrition, and manpower planning.
- Track recruitment requests, monitor SLA performance, and escalate delays when needed.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on documentation, approval flows, and process alignment.
- Assist hiring managers with requisition creation and status reporting.
- Support deployment and follow-up of engagement surveys, including communication and action plan tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date succession plans, talent pools, and individual development plans.
- Provide support during talent review sessions (e.g., data packs, matrix plotting, slides).
- Monitor development progress of successors and high-potential talents.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HC metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process guides, and documentation for audits and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, business partnering, or HC project coordination.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, with hands-on experience in areas such as organizational development, recruitment, and succession planning.
- Proficient in HR data management tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, Excel, dashboards) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across stakeholders at different levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving operational excellence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and cross-functional collaboration.
