- Placed in Bank Branches, the main role will be in sales and relationship management while serving as the primary interface for all products and services- About the Role- Sells the organization's propositions to new and existing clients.
- Acts as the customer´s point of entry into the Zurich organization; takes responsibility for the customer experience with Zurich, resolving and / or escalating their issues and keeping oversight of service delivery to the customer to ensure service expectations are fulfilled at all stages of the process (e.g. claims, invoicing).
- Shows good understanding of the customer needs and applies advanced customer interaction skills.
- Identifies customer needs and advises on propositions; suggests additional offerings to existing clients (cross-selling).
- Makes sure that quotations are issued (eventually with the help of a customer service team) promptly and in an accurate manner; maintains data integrity within relevant systems.
- Shows expected sales behavior while fully adhering to local organization standards and processes.
- Supports specific marketing campaigns; provides input and actively contributes to the enhancement of the organization's products, services and processes.
- Works closely with other organizational units, provides training and participates in projects as appropriate.
Job Requirement- Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university
- Proven professional experience in sales area from banking or insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team, proactive and target oriented
- Having good business appearance
